I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, a license in Marriage and Family Therapy, and have been practicing therapy for 10 years.

But most importantly, I am a woman striving to live a good and authentic life filled with love, courage, and joy. I am extremely passionate about helping others who wish to do the same.
